Manual charging of materials
Manual charging of materials only happens when the Voyager circulation module is unavailable. This occurs primarily during the summer upgrade, but may occasionally occur at other times.
The manual charge system is NOT to be used to circumvent a block on a patron's card.
Whenever you use these forms, please notify the circulation supervisor(s) with email, and leave the forms in the notebook at the desk. The supervisors will enter the information on the next business day that the circulation module is available.
The form is available for printing out, if you need more forms.
Please fill in all the necessary fields. The information is needed to determine what book was circulated, and to whom. If something is not transcribed correctly (usually the barcode), we are unable to charge the book out online.
The forms are used for course reserves as well; use the date-and-time stamp as usual, but please note on the form when the book is returned.
